Cornerstone Church are now meeting in The Well.  They have invited MVCC to join with them on Sunday 30 November at 11.00am to bless them there, and to officially hand over the ‘well-keeping’ responsibilities.  We would love as many of you as possible to come along and to pray for them.

We had our very last Sunday in The Well in Bray on 28 September 2014.  God had been speaking to us through many prophetic words about moving on, so that is what we have done.  We feel like Abraham who ‘… went out, not knowing where he was going’ [Hebrews 11: 8].  We will be meeting as community in different ways until the new year when we trust God will again open the door to a more permanent home.

Sundays at The Well began with a opportunity to browse, read and relax in The Gallery Bookshop from 10.00am until the service started.

Worship began Nigel Reidaround 10.30am, led by a team of musicians and singers, and was always one of the highlights of our morning together. There was preaching, family news, communion and prayer ministry.

A Children’s Ministry, led by a dedicated team of volunteers, ran from 11.30am to 12.30pm with separate activities for crèche, toddlers and children.

We finished by approx 12.30pm and prided ourselves on serving great coffee with plenty of time to chat!

A trained prayer team was available after the service to talk and pray with anyone needing encouragement, help or healing.
